Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you receive from LittleFoot Makers Lab. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Standard Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Simply contact us with your order number and we'll walk you through the process.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom-designed or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Each custom piece is made specifically for you, so please double-check all details before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error on your order.
